I always wonder how some people keep their minds in a state of equilibrium. I tried and got tired to keep my mind in that state. Every time I try hard I am carried away with much force due to the circumstances. I don’t know whether the circumstances are shaped by us or exist.
While I am angry I try to be calm and quiet. But I become calm only after showing the anger. Is it good to show your anger or should keep in yourself is a big question. We see news articles supporting the two views. Which one to believe? There is a balance in arguments.
But how to be balanced in life is a practical thing. Can books teach us? I feel they won’t. It is like some one who wants to learn swimming with a help of a book.
